Attention for IDEA-20427: Multi monitor nuisance

Hi,

Humbly requesting attention for IDEA-20427 . This bug still bugs me regularly and seems easy to fix.

((dialogs are shown on a monitor that is not connected anymore and are therefore invisible))

Please vote for this bug if it sound familiar.
