IDEA Newbie Question
Hi, i wonder if it is possible to see the warnings as i can see the errors in the panel on the right behind scrollbar? Or is there any other possibility to see all warnings in the file except pressing F2 and steping from one warning into another?
Thanks.

Hello.
Do you mean short horizontal colored lines? They should be there by default. If they are not, check Settings / Editor / Colors & Fonts / your file type, and there "Error Stripe Mark" settings for Warning category.
Alexander.
Thank you Alexander, it worked. I'm not sure, if they are turned on by default - of course i installed only the very first 8.0 final , and then always used EAP. Anyway, thanks.
BTW it could be useful ti have something like eclipse's "Problems" view - a
tool window with all errors/warnings listed. What do you think?
Hello Dmitry,
Running inspections for a project shows the output view with all problems.
Is that enough?
Alexander.
This requires some time and manual work :)
But we have all needed information, and it is already displayed e.g. in
project view.
It would be nice to see how your changes fix problems in all corresponding
files.

I would agree, it's helpful in Visual Studio either. Of course this
error/warning marks on the right side play the same role, but they have
no messages until mouse is over, a warning/error overview in one place
without extra movements :) would be helpfull. Especially if Messages tab
already exists, and live-check is already made. One should just send
those messages to Message-tab
