Why does Tools | Tasks not appear in JI Idea 13.0.2 ?
In the URL: http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/webhelp/opening-and-creating-tasks.html
The following is mentioned: On the main menu, choose Tools | Tasks&Contexts | Open Task
However, when I go to Tools menu, there is no "Tasks&Contexts". See below screenshot.
How can I make "Tasks" appear in Tools menu?

Please make sure Task Management plugin is enabled.

Thanks Alexander, this solved the issue. It would have been nice if this step was listed in the web page for "Tasks&Contexts". :)
