Remove unused String.format() intention
Would anyone else find an intention for removing unused String.format() calls useful? For example, turning
into just

That may be even more useful as an inspection. Then you also get batch changing String.format to just the string for free. Or are there any cases where you do not want to remove a redundant String.format() call?

No, you're right. When I was typing this up yesterday, the only word I could think of was intention. But of course, this works much better as an inspection.
