typescript - successful debugging

I'm trying remote debugging in typescript. But something dies and debugger not working in ts and javascpt too. Sometimes bebugger stopping on lines in javascript instead of ts. Maybe i have custom configuration that couses bugs? Is the anyone using typescript remote debugger with typescript?
