What is Idea.exe doing to the virus scanner?

Hi All,

I am running version 12.1.3 of IntelliJ. The security folks at my compnay asked my why idea.exe was trying to stop the McAffee services on my machine. Does anyone know exaclty what idead.exe is doing and why?
