I tried. Leopard ("free" version) goes with 1.5 bundled. No 1.6. Even DP version does not work. May be there are some seeds, but I do not have payed account, so I do not know.
I really hope, that final release will go with 1.6. If not — Leopard will be awful for java development. That'll be poor.

Yes Leopard is supposed to be released with 64-bit Java 1.6 (and 64-bit Java 1.5)
