Change to Default Scope of Hierarchy?

Hello Simon,

Has there been a change to the default scope of the Hierarchy view?

It seems to default to Production classes now, rather than All. If
this change was intentional, is there any way to configure the default
scope? If not, is it possible to make it slightly more intelligent so
if you're in a test class and pull up the hierarchy view for a method,
assume that you actually want to look in either the Test scope or flip
it to All.
