IntelliJ CRAZY slow debugging Play Framework project

Hi there,

I have a Play Framework 2.1 java project.  I had been developing just fine until today.  Now when I try to debug, it is CRAZY slow.  Like, 4-5 minutes to load a web page that loads in a second from PLAY RUN on the command line.  I know I updated recently to IDEA 12.1.1 so I am wondering if this is a known issue... The system is completely unusable now.

I tried looking in the logs - it seems to be doing something with the "change list updater" in Git.  I've attached the file if that helps...

Anyone know how to fix this??
