Parsing and REPARSING tlds from within JARs...

Whenever I update a single JAR in the latest build (5594), IDEA re-parses all TLDs contained in other JARS... and does so 6-8 times! This occurs even when the updated JAR is completely unrelated.

What is it doing? Is this a bug?
