Search Filter question

Hi,

It is easy to filter searches by file extension including all files ending in the specified suffix.

Is is possible to do the opposite - to filter searches by files that do not have a specificed an extension?

e.g.
I want too look for "foo" in all files in the path except those ending in .xml
