See recent changes on the Commit Changes SVN dialog panel

Hello Miguel,

There's a "Message History" button above the "Comment" panel which allows
you to select the commit comment from the list of recently used ones.

Whiule on the Commit Changes dialog panel, is it possible to see a
list of recent added comments?

Many times it happens that my next commit is related to something I
checked in recently so it would be nice to have access to those recent
added comments to pick one.

All the other tools I have used for Subversion have this
functionality. Is there a reason for Intellij not adding this?
