Blank lines when reformatting code is broken...
Hi,
Reported about this a while a go
(http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEABKL-3326) but nothing has
happened. I'm used to use 1 blank line after class header but IDEA always
uses 0....
File again in jira?

No need, there's already one in DEV project so we'll do our best to fix this
until Irida ships.
