Create Subclass Intention
Why isn't there any? If a class is abstract, there is one.
The normal 'new class' function is often not really convenient (you have to type 'extends', choose the superclass name, go down, press ctrl-O).

You can get this as part of the Lineage plugin, via the plugin manager. Hat tip to Bas, again, for doing it.
(And no, I don't know why it's not part of the core product either.)
