Community Edition Developers- where to go?
Is there a forum or area where Community Edition Developers congregate? I'm trying to get up to speed enough on IDEA development. I have a few ideas for new features, but it's hard to wrap one's head around a codebase this large. At this point I've not done much more than check out the source, build it and run it, but that's a start. Any pointers appreciated.
Thanks

Hello George,
The OpenAPI forum is where all code-related discussions should happen:

Dmitry, is there a documented process for submitted patches/pull requests back to Jetbrains for the CE? Is there also any form of "contributor agreement" as well? I don't think I've seen either things mentioned anywhere before.
Hello Mark,
Please check out http://www.jetbrains.org/ - it has all of this information.

Thanks Dmitry.
It may be handy to have a link to that forum on the open source site homepage (jetbrains.org) or its FAQ or the "How to contribute" section... I wasn't certain which forum to go to either.
And it took me quite some time to find this message with the appropriate information (almost an hour of searching around the forums, confluence, jetbrains.org, etc.)
Just a suggestion! :)
