Update from 10.0.1 does not apply

Hello, I am using the 10.0.1 community edition.

For quite some time now, whenever I search for updates it finds 10.0.2, downloads it and restarts. But on restart I still have 10.0.1. The process starts again next check interval.

How do I get the update to apply?

I have windoze build IC-99.32.
