Very slow after last Java update for Mac OSX

Hello,

After the last Mac Java update for OSX (1.6.0_24) my IntelliJ has become really slow, specially when indexing. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a workaround? I think it might even be affecting other Java apps, but IntelliJ seems to be particularly slow. I am running latest version of IntelliJ (10.0.2), and before the update my IntelliJ was really fast.
