Change Signature unreadable

The change signature dialog does not have boxes big enough. The text
is chopped off about half height. I don't think I did anything inside
IntelliJ to increase the font height, but I did do a general Windows 7
choose 1.25 size height.  In any case, perhaps IntelliJ could notice
the font height it is using and increase the height of the boxes
accordingly.

Refactor early. If you procrastinate, you will have
