Hello Scott,

Please make sure the Subversion plugin is enabled in Settings | Plugins.
You don't have to have any additional SVN client installed.

I'm trying to help a new developer configure IntelliJ to point to an
existing svn repository.  When I click on Version Control,  there is
no Browse Subversion Option.    When I'm in the Tool Window, there's
no SVN Repositories command?!!      It works fine on my PC.

It's V9.04

Do I need to install and configure Tortoise or something?   I thought
IJ could act as it's own SVN client....
