Question about Ruby and Python plugins

Hello Hussein,

RubyMine and PyCharm have streamlined UI in areas like the project configuration,
and the release cycles are not always synchronized, but otherwise the plugins
are built from the same codebase.

If I installed Python and Ruby plugins on IntelliJ, would this bring
RubyMine and PyCharm to IntelliJ? do these plugins provide the same
functionality of RubyMine and PyCharm to IntelliJ?
