Idea 9.0.4 vs idea 10 - (global library adding to )
the existing global library cannot be added to a module in the project with IDEA 10 Ultimate, which it is possible with IDEA 9.0.4 Ult - it could be a bug.
(Select this option to use one of the libraries that have already been defined, or create a new one. The existing libraries are shown in a tree view, and can be on the project or global visibility level) - according the Help , but is not working. Could you please test this function?

In the Select Path dialog box, specify a directory or jar file that will be added as a library to the current module.

Select this option to use one of the libraries that have already been defined, or create a new one.

The following is only available in Ultimate edition of IntelliJ IDEA
application server libraries. These latter libraries can only be created in the Application Servers page of the Settings dialog.
- Module Dependency.
Select this option to specify the dependent modules.

It is working, the library window needed to be stretch to show the library tree (global & application servers)
The problem with too small default window size will be fixed in IDEA 10.0.1.
