Creating HTML/JavaScript Project

What is the best way to start a JavaScript HTML project? I don't need Java or grails, I just want an html javascript project.  What do I choose when I create new project?

We are forced to create a blank java module, this works well however it is not ideal.

I just created a feature request here, support it http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/IDEA-63305?projectKey=IDEA&query=webmodule
