when a standard EAP build is released to everyone, of course).

Still, if there is a new build then it should just be downloadable by
those who care enough to download it at their own risk. The bugs are
marked as fixed in a specific build, nightly build will be marked with
that build number. Figure it out, it's not that hard. Asking them to
notify a list of people who have a bug fixed is like asking for JB to be
your maid service... if that's the case, then please, I'll have a side
of fries with my donuts.

Before you guys pack your bags to India, the above metrics cannot be treated as a general yardstick for all companies. I was only highlighting the low end of the spectrum. For bigger companies (read MNC's, Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc.,) the same global guidelines apply!

That's OK, I will be a CIO in a small company. After a couple years, I
will move to a medium company and up the ladder!!!
