Latest Idea X build: git is broken

Hi,

In the latest X release, git support seems to be broken. It seems to loose changes made to files, and only offer part of the files to commit. Using git itself, there are more files to commit than the ones X suggests. Reverting back to the official Public Review release, things seem to work. Is anyone else having this problem?

This has already been fixed; fix will be included in the next EAP.
