Intellij 9.01 - does not permanently delete CVS roots

Hi,
I am using Intellij 9.01 and frequently checkout projects from the IDE using CVS.   Sometime back, I was trying to checkout from a different CVS repository located on a different server, ever since - that entry has remained. I have deleted that entry and again after restarting IDE - those entries still show up.

Can you please suggest how to permanently delete those entries.  
Here's the sequence I try:
1. Version Control > CVS > Configure CVS Roots
2. Click the sign to delete each entry and click OK
3. Restart IDE and the entries show up again!!
