Adding ftp remote host

Hi,I'm using IDEA 9.0.3 to develop web application.
I want to add ftp remote host so that I can upload the modified content directly to the server.
Is there any way to do it.

I found the following link, but I can't find the menu under FIle > Settings.

By the way, I'm using the MAC version.

I think the help is outdated - check menu Tools -> Deployment -> Configuration

Creating an issue for the wrong docs is probably a good idea, too:http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/
