How to debug a remote glassfish v3 with Idea?

Hi,

Please let me know if you know of any tutorial about that. I don't want to ask a bunch of (dumb) questions and post a lot of exceptions before following some instructions (actually, I tried it by myself but failed because maybe the exploded directory was not uploaded to glassfish).
