can't use copy&paste

Please forgive my pool english at first.
The present situation is  copy&paste  invalid in my operation system when i use the intellij idea !but it can worked in intellij idea as same time!
I have no idea what happened ! how to fixed it out?

my os is windows xp with sp3
intellij idea is 95.66
