Build 2026 is flickering horribly

yes it's the same here .. it seems to have to do with which other programs are active.. if i close everything it seems to be better

I am not experiencing it.

I'm on Windows XP Pro.

Installed 2026 in its own directory including settings, and imported
settings from 2013.

i think it is a problem of swing/awt.. i had another swing program open (iReport) and the two were doing a flickering race. i think it may have something to do with programs redrawing the screen too slow.
