Multiple "Loading Files" dailogs are annoying

Each module seems to get its own "Loading Files" progress dialog -- these pop up on the screen over and over when I switch back into the project.

Am I the only one who has a project with multiple modules, whose files are often modified outside the project?

It shouldn't take 5-10 seconds to alt-tab back into the project after running ant from the command line.

(The silver lining: I run ant much more often now that I can generate build files from inside the project: kudos to that feature working so well!)
