94.585 Inspector bug on hex literals
The Inspector improperly complains about the spelling of any hex int
literal e.g. 0xffff

There are two problems. The report filed is about hex html colour
codes in strings. Mine is about hex int constants not in strings.

If you tell a computer the same fact in more than one place, unless you have an automated mechanism to ensure they stay in sync, the versions of the fact will eventually get out of sync.
