Plugin to show the "keyboard shortcut" that could avoid the performed "mouse action"

When I do something with the mouse, that could be done with a keyboard shortcut, I would like IntelliJ to display the keyboard shortcut for 2 or 3 seconds.
For example if I click on "Changes" to show or hide it, I would like the equivalent keyboard shortcut to appear for about 2 seconds.
If I navigate to a menu, I would like it to be shown too (even if it is often written in the menu).

Does it sound like a good idea ?
Is there already a plugin or any other mean to do it ?
Would it be feasible ?
Should I fill a RFE somewhere ?
