Gui Designers Stratagy ?

This Gui Designer is different from others, right

I think the only difference is layout
no need to write single line(code related to layout)
nor u can see it in your code

*MY question is
is this is the only difference that makes idea4 superior ???*

It would be great if any one can comment on it
and suggest some thing
