dependencies not getting copied to be used at runtime

Could you please attach ipr and iml files of your project and specify which dependencies aren't copied?

I have just upgraded my project to Intellij 9 and i have a problem that even though many of my dependencies are marked as "compile" they are not avaiable to my application at runtime within my app server container (tomcat) and i need to manually copy them. Is this a known bug?

The HttpClient jars as well as the commons-pool were both not being found.
