Cannot download plugin list/install plugins for latest Maia EAP

I am having this problem too, it has been logged in youtrack already..

Hello David,

This should be fixed now.

I think there's a problem with the plugin site.  I get the following
error when trying to reload the list of plugins:
List of plugins was not loaded:  Content is not allowed in prolog.
When I look at
http://plugins.intellij.net/plugins/list/?build=IU-92.24 directly,
there's a bunch of SQL junk at the top of the file.
