¿Cómo se puede construir un fichero .jar runnable (ejecutable) con IntelliJ Community 9.0 Beta?

Hi.

Not sure I understand your question correctly, but probably you could try Project Structure dialog / Artifacts. Create Jar artifact, provide manifest file and specify the main class. Building artifacts is available from main menu / Build.
