Tooltip delay on errors

Hi,

When there are errors in Java code (red underlined), and I move the mouse above it, a tooltip appears.

Is there a setting to change the delay of this tooltip?

Now it appears immediatly, but I'd like it to appear only after a second.

Reason: The tooltip often appears over the line with the error, so I can't fix it because I can't place the cursor with the mouse on that line (the yellow window is in the way) to start typing to actually fix the error.

I'm using IntelliJ version 8.1.
