system/idea.license to config/idea40.key in this build.

Yes - of course...

I have a feeling if you have a key that was purchased at the end of the EAP for 3.0 when you were actually buying a 2.x key, they are going ahead and gently reminding us that we need to purchase the upgrade. I will be all over our software purchase guy the day 4.0 upgrade keys are available.
