Build 1094 - Making Web Module

How to include the jsp folder, struts and tiles related XMLs and TLDs etc. which are under the WEB-INF folder when making the Web Module? It looks like web.xml is the only recognizable file under the WEB-INF folder.

What "Distributable" checkbox means in the Web Module tab?
