Debugging Best Practices

I want to start a discussion about debugging best practices in IntelliJ.  What type of functionality does everyone want?

The type of functionality I want includes:
1) the ability to copy or save the contents of an object during a debug session,
2) the ability to search the contents of a watched object, and
3) the ability to compare the current version of a debugged object with the contents of a saved object.

Anyone of these three things would make my life a lot easier.  Anyone have any advice? other ideas for better debugging?
