GWT module recompiled every time in IDEA 8

Since I've upgraded from Idea 7 to 8, my GWT module is recompiled every time I modify something, even if it is in another module which is not related. It seems that the dependencies are broken.

I tested this morning with Idea 8.1, at first it worked ok and now I have the same problem.

Any idea?
