Switch to next editor in 963

according to the changelog, a new editor action is available for 963 called "Switch to next editor" (to allow you to switch between tab-groups). However I cant find it in the key binding. I've looked under editor, under view and under window... to no avail... am I going blind or is it missing?

This action doesn't have predefined shortcut. Please find this action at
the "Other" group of your currently active keymap.
