Feature Request: Option to Hide Protected Operating System Files for Win11 in PyCharm

Feature Request:

Add an option to hide "protected operating system files" in the file explorer within PyCharm. This feature would function similarly to the option available in Windows File Explorer, where users can choose to hide these files to maintain a cleaner and more focused workspace.

Why This Feature is Beneficial:

1. Reduced Clutter: By hiding unnecessary system files, developers can focus more on project-related files, leading to a more streamlined workflow.
