Is version control "Incoming" changes tool window working?
I never get any items in the "Incoming" or "Repository" lists of the "Changes" tool window.
"Browse Changes..." feature also does not return any results. Tried to query the version control server with several "date" and "user" filters, and always receive no items.
Is someone else also experiencing this problem?

Well, to be honest, I've never seen it working with CVS either. I'm using SVN, and it works pretty good in combination with SVN.
It works for me in CVS and Perforce. Try checking the CVS toolwindow to see
if there are any errors that are being masked/swallowed/ignored. IIRC it's
possible with non-standard CVS clients that IDEA isn't able to parse the
output correctly and things just appear to silently not work as a result.
