Pluto admin App

I'm trying to deploy a portlet to Pluto, however when I run the Pluto server from IDEA I don't see the portal admin app. If I run it from the command line, I can access the admin app at http://localhost:8080/pluto.

Any idea how I can get to the admin app while running pluto inside IDEA?
