Selena and Tomcat - 8080 in Use Exception

Hi,

I've just installed Selena and Tomcat 6.0.4. However, when I try and
run Tomcat through Selena then I get an 'Address already in use
localhost:8080' exception. This is a new computer with Vista on and I
can't find anything that would clash with it. Furthermore, if I run
Tomcat outside of IntelliJ it works fine.

Does anyone know what the problem might be? Possibly some sort of
Vista security preventing IntelliJ from starting Tomcat on :8080 or
something? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
