IntelliJ IDEA 6913 screen problem

Hey everybody !
I'm having a problem with IDEA 6913. When I start the program and start programming everything works just fine. But if I try going to Settings (CtrlAltS), buttons like Apply, OK , Cancel are not in place and the whole program stops working. My screen resolution is 1024x768, the same version of the program works fine at my other computer with resolution 1280x1024..

Does someone have an idea how to fix the problem ?
