Find next instance of selection [like in Eclipse]

I really miss the Find Next / Find Previous command that finds the instances of the selected text in the opened file. It is a great productivity hack - you simply select a variable or part of it or whatever part of code you want and with a single keystroke you cycle through all the instances in the file.

Like CTRL+G without the CTRL+F bother.
