reverse code coverage
If gathering of code coverage data of unit tests is enabled, is it possible to select a line of code and see a list of test cases covering it?

Neither. There is no capacity at present for coverage tracability. It's been discussed before, and even made the product roadmap in 6.0, IIRC, but is currently not in plan for Selena. Weirdly, there doesn't seem to be a JIRA issue for it.
