New class triggers CVS

build #813, on windows 2000

I have a project with VCS enabled (cvs) but I have one folder (src) that are not under cvs-control.
src ]]>

When creating a new class into src folder IDEA hangs for a couple of seconds and then reports that there are no CVSROOT:
